3 Months!

William is now 3 months old and he is such a stud! He's not content laying in your arms anymore, he always needs to be sitting up or standing looking around at the world. He is such a giggly, smiley boy, I love him so much! I can always count on a smile from him in the mornings when I get him out of his crib, it makes waking up very worth it. :) By the way, he's still sleeping 12 hours through the night!! He's had a few night terrors recently, which is really sad and horrible, but we're dealing with it.
He's starting to realize his hands are capable of grabbing things, which has been fun to watch him figure that out, and he loves to suck on his hands. He's also a very drooly boy! He's such a spit bomb! I love his cute laugh, squeal, and dimples...I just love everything about him! Enough talk, here are some pictures. I wish I could capture him with his huge smile and dimples, but once I get the camera out, it fades out a little bit...but it's still cute. :)

2 Months old

Liam turned 2 months old on Monday, and with that, he received his 2 month shots. :( It was so horrible. He was enjoying the first vaccination he took by mouth, and was all happy and smiley, and that changed the second the nurse started in with the shots. I scooped him up immediately after and his screaming turned to relieved whimpering, and cuddled up on my shoulder. It was very...humbling...to know that I make such a big difference in his life and am responsible for what happens to him.
Liam is changing so much every day and getting SO BIG! A whopping 12 pounds 3 oz. Big boy! He is now sleeping atleast 10 hours a night, but it's usually 12! I realize I'm very lucky to have a baby that is sleeping well, and we hope to keep it that way. We got him a Bumbo chair today and he's enjoying observing the world from a different view. He was getting flat on the left side of his head. He has always favored that side since he was born and even if I made him lay on the other side, he would keep going to the other side. I thought it wasn't that big of a deal and it would straighten itself out later, but the doctor said I really need to fight it, so we bought him this chair so he would have more time off his head. Joe thinks it's pretty awesome and thinks they need to make one for grown ups. :) He says it's the perfect gaming chair.
We're having his blessing next Sunday on the 10th and my mom made the most adorable outfit for him. Anyone who wants to come is more than welcome. :)

Time flies

It's been five weeks since little Liam has arrived and it is moving way too fast! He changes every day and I want it to slow down. He's still the sweetest boy ever and does so well. He now weighs 10 pounds 5 oz and sleeps so well through the nights. He would go 4 to 5 hours when he was first born, and he's moved that up to 7 or 8 lately. Is it bad that he's going that long? I'll wake up before he does and just pace waiting for him to wake up and worry if it's bad for him to be asleep for too long through his feedings. Joe reassures me that if he's hungry he'll wake up, but I still worry. But I am very grateful that I get plenty of sleep. :)
We took him to the doctor 2 days ago because he was projectile vomiting everything he was eating and has done that a few times. We called just to ask questions about it and they had us come in before the weekend just to make sure everything was okay. They ended up sending us over to the hospital to get an ultrasound for his belly. Everything seemed okay for now and we're hoping he continues to do well.
This is a lot of pictures but I couldn't choose only a few to show! :) Enjoy!
Cuddles after bath time-which he loves!

He gets into this funny trance when he's in his bouncer

My boys

He is a very expressive boy and is always making faces and funny sounds. The nurses all laughed because he was so wiggly and grunting and talking the whole time he was getting his ultrasound and while he was drinking his bottle. I sure have a cute baby :)
